Company is involved in manufacturing of Diagnostic product Range like Dengue Test kits, Hemostasis Reagents, Malaria Test Kits, Hepatitis C virus test kits, HIV test Kits, Hepatitis B virus test kits, Cardiac maker parts of since last 40 years. It has seven branches in Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata,Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Ernakulam. Job Responsibilities : 1. To ensure timely sampling, analysis of raw materials, packaging materials, bulk samples and finished product as per approved STPs. 2. To ensure that daily work is allocated to all QC team members at the starting of the general shift and review is done at the end of the day. 3. To ensure that all approved SOPs, GTPs, Specifications and protocols are followed and reviewed as per frequency. 4. To approve all raw materials and packaging materials 5. To prepare and review all QC related (chemical and microbiological) documents. 6. To ensure that all batch analysis records are sent to QA immediate after completion of analysis. 7. To ensure that water sampling, analysis and trend analysis is done as per defined frequency. 8. To ensure smooth functioning and compliance of all SOPs of microbiology laboratory. 9. To ensure that OOS is immediately reported and investigated for laboratory scale investigation. 10. To ensure that in case of any deviation, it is investigated from laboratory end and informed to QA immediately. 11. To maintain GLP in chemical and microbiology laboratory and impart trainings to all personnel. 12. To ensure that all instruments of chemical and microbiological laboratory are calibrated as per frequency. 13. To ensure that all primary, reference and working standards required for chemical and microbiological laboratory are timely procured from qualified institutes and record of procurement and consumption is maintained accordingly. 14. To prepare and review analytical method validation protocols and reports; 15. To ensure that stability studies of all products is carried out as per defined and approved protocol and summary reports are prepared accordingly. In-case of any OOS in stability sample analysis, it should be informed to QA and top management immediately. 16. To represent QC department during internal and external audits. 17.
