Job Description & Responsibilities: • Assisting team members with day to day marketing tasks and coordinating marketing projects and activities as requested. • Assist in Strategic, Creative and Production phases of Marketing assignments and objectives. • Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with agency and second parties’ suppliers and inventorying stock. • Work directly with creative services and other departments to generate briefs, conduct meetings and presentation, traffic elements and distribute results reports. • Supervising the sign off of marketing literature and campaigns, liaising with legal and compliance personnel, ensuring the designs and messages meet the company brand and regulatory guidelines . • Coordinates with Technical Marketing team for market trends, forecasts and new product information. • Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data. • Researching consumer markets, monitoring market trends and identifying potential areas in which to invest, based upon consumer needs and spending habits . • Closely monitors the sales volume, market trends and all other activities with technical and product planning market department.
