Urgently required for a multinational company works as a market leading supplier in the medical services and cosmetics. Sales Supervisor Role Purpose: Manage a sales team in a portion of a large market or region to achieve financial goals. Responsible for multiple accounts based upon geography, industry or a large set of named accounts. Main Roles: - To assist the Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives. - To assist the Sales Manager in generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets. - Meet and/or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly team sales targets - Select, manage, and develop a high performing team of sales representatives - Monitor, analyze and take accountability for performance affecting improvements in sales/revenue growth, sales productivity and sales quality. o Assist Sales Manager by completing all assigned duties.o Supervise Sales Representative. - Assist with sales rep questions, concerns and product questions. - Create reports showing Sales %, Collection % and attendance etc/ - Manage responsibility for each member of the team to exceed goals in all sales targets. - Review daily reports to diagnose excellence and areas of improvement that affect individual and team performance. - Communicate all employee relations issues, concerns, and incidents to Sales Manager. Qualifications: Bachelor degree. Experience : 3 Years strong knowledge in the cosmetics industry. Skills : - team leadership & communication skills. - Able to attract, motivate and develop a high performing sales organization - Results oriented.
