Urging Neighborhood Organizations in NCEC District 1 to follow the Health, Environment and Community Engagement Committee proceedings, meeting November 17th at 1:30pm. Please be sure your individual and collective voices are being heard by the Mayor and City Council Members. The NCEC has developed a Statement on issues to present to the City Council committees.
