Used dress for sale. Found another one in my stash! This is the one I am wearing in my avatar which is a copy of the tintype Wendell Decker did of Dh and I last Spring. The fabric is 100% cotton and is a Judy Rothermel print for Marcus Brothers from the Union Forever collection. The background is dark eggplant. Bust 52 waist 41.5, bodice length at center front 15 and at center back 17, sleeves 24 long with cuff that buttons, skirt is 41 long and there are 3, 1/2 tucks that can be let out for 3 more but the skirt is pieced at the bottom and the seam is hidden by one of the tucks. However, the print is such that I dont believe the seam would be noticable anyway. The sleeves are bishop style with a cuff that buttons with two pewter buttons and hand worked buttonholes, I put sleeve jockeys on this one since I meant it to be a bit fancier. There is self fabric piping at neckline, armscyes and the bottom of the bodice. Gathered bodice set onto a waistband and the cartridge pleated skirt is then attached to that. There is a pocket on the right side and I put twill tape skirt lifters above the hem area, 8 in all, so that it can be ruched up and worn without hoops over a nice petticoat. I wore it that way with a quilted silk petticoat. I am also including my pinner apron and the white collar with the dress. Asking $150 shipped via paypal. Has been laundered, it is machine washable and dryable although I suggest hanging to dry.
