Using the Urban Feasibility Model to develop Local Environmental Plans (LEP) is a good idea! Sydney faces a housing shortage – as high as 80,000 by some forecasts – that is set to grow. The UFM is a tool used to calculate the number of additional homes that could be built under a LEP and determine how likely it is that the market will deliver these homes.
