Utilizing already-present technologies to upgrade the survivability and operational effectiveness of current Naval surface weapon systems? This seems like common sense! Wait, you mean that were actually going to use technology from the Zumwalt class to improve our NSFS (Naval Surface Fire Support) effectiveness by up to 5 times for our ground troops, via our current surface combatants (i.e. DDG-51 and CG-47 classes)?!?
