Digital Marketing Specialist CEE We are looking for a dynamic, analytical, hands on person who can take on challenges and deliver excellent results. Main Responsibilities: • Driving forward the website project by overseeing content upload, providing support, and managing web development • Analysing and reporting on conversion and campaign performances • Managing the creation of internal and external email communications (including graphics). • Ensuring the delivery of digital campaigns across websites, microsites, emails, etc. • Putting together project plans / timescales and providing status reports to multiple stakeholders • Supporting the roll out of projects to all CEE PayU countries • Providing support and training on internal tools and systems to staff • Partner closely with other business functions and marketing roles in order to deliver the marketing and commercial objectives Requirements: • Expert in Content Management Systems and web publishing tools • Experienced in Adobe Photoshop, Google Analytics, web conversion tools, email marketing platforms, marketing automation. • Knowing the “language of Digital Marketing ” and be able to translate the concepts in a manner that is meaningful to the business • Strong English command Passion for digital marketing as well as experience in this field • Ability to readily identify problems and formulate practical solutions to meet commercial objectives within budget framework • Self‐starters, able to assess situations, develop a plan, get approval and make things happen • Minimum 3 years of experience in seethe field (experience developing B2B email marketing campaigns, experience working with marketing automation software) • Up to date and comprehensive awareness of the digital landscape, especially in relation to e-commerce • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Java Script • Possess strong analytical skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Enthusiastic and self-supportive with the ability to work independently
