VA Information Fair Saturday, Jan. 10, 2015, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m., at the Poughkeepsie Community Based Outpatient Clinic, 488 Freedom Plains Road, Poughkeepsie, NY. VA Hudson Valley Health Care System will provide registration for your VA health care, take pictures for the VHIC I.D. Card for registered Veterans, blood pressure checks, and flu shots. On hand from VA Hudson Valley providing information will be representatives from the Women Veterans Program, My Healthe Vet, Tele-Health, Medical Foster Home, Caregiver Program, Suicide Prevention, and Returning Combat Veteran Service. In addition, Dutchess County Clerk Bradford Kendall will be present in order for Veterans to obtain their Dutchess County FAVOR Card; as well as the Dutchess County Veterans’ Services providing information on the services available by the county for our Veterans and their families.
