VACANCY ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK Adminstrative Clerk Duties:- - Collect, count, and disburse money, do basic bookkeeping and complete banking transactions. - Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders and address complaints. - Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages. - Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities. - Complete and mail bills, contracts, policies, invoices, or checks. - Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems and personal computers. - Update and process staff claims - Perform and undertake other related jobs as and when assigned Requirements:- - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Able to work independently with minimum supervision - Ability to coordinate & prioritize tasks - Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia - At least 1 or 2 years of working experience in the related field - Required skills : MS Word, MS Excel and e-mail - Proficient in both written and spoken English - Possess SPM / STPM / Professional Certificate or equivalent - Must be willing to work in Kelana Jaya (near to Paradigm Mall) Interested candidate please state the position you are applying in your resume and email to [email protected] for further information call 03-78860979.
