VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT Position: Documentation Specialist Location: Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan Schedule: Full time (40hrs/week), Monday –Friday. Night shift (19:00 – 03:00) Attributes: No experience necessary, training will be provided. Responsibilities: • Receive, review and prepare air and ocean shipping documentation • Obtain necessary details and file Shipper’s Export Declaration for ocean and air shipments • Establish and coordinate pick-ups and deliveries • Key-in shipments details into database • Daily email and phone correspondence with clients and overseas agents • Create tracking reports for clients • Enter billing details and create invoices • Arrange insurance via online system Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree preferred or in progress • Thoroughly fluent in English: verbal, writing and reading. • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and Internet research • Excellent customer service skills Desired attributes: • Superior level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Able to work with minimal supervision • Team player with positive attitude • Able to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure in a time-sensitive environment • Applicant must be a motivated self-starter with a "can-do" attitude To apply: Please email resume to: vipartman@yahoo
