VACANCY Helpdesk and Admin Support NetVend Namibia is a web-based vending and revenue collection service provider and is currently expanding operations to various new localities across Namibia. In order to continue to expand and maintain their exceptional service record they wish to appoint a new Administrator (Admin Support). Key responsibilities: • Administration and Support • Meter Programming/Bulk Engineering • Data Entry • Customer Care • Reporting • Basic Technical and System Support Essential Criteria: • Computer literacy (MS Office) • Good communication skills, both written and verbal • Basic understanding of web-based applications • Flexible, reliable, friendly and hardworking with a “can do” attitude • Strong attention to detail Applicants who comply with the above criteria should forward their detailed CV’s, to georgina@netvendna by no later than 20th October 2013.
