VANUATU TENNIS FEDERATION PRESS RELEASE Port-Vila, 29th December 2014 The Vanuatu National Junior Tennis Team will depart on Saturday 3rd May to compete at the West-Pacific Qualifier (WPQ) in Lautoka, Fiji. The West Pacific Qualifier is an International Tennis Federation event which gathers the best juniors from Fiji, PNG, Solomon Islands, Kiribati, Tuvalu, Norfolk Islands and Vanuatu. The team is comprised of 10 players: Clément Mainguy, Warea Tigona, Marlin Hannam, Ajah Lolo-Pritchard, Emma Maucotel, Ben Pechan, Marion Hymak, Daisyrose Sipiti, Samuel Strid, and Rosalie Molbaleh. National Coach, Francis Bryard, will have the responsibility to coach the team. The WPQ will start on Monday 5th May and finish on Saturday 10th May. Vanuatu is expecting to qualify as many players as possible for the Pacific Oceania Junior Championships.
