VATA’s mission is to support and promote the field of art therapy in the Commonwealth of Virginia. We believe that support of our members is crucial to this mission and as a result VATA has established student and professional member research scholarships as well as presenter awards. We would like to invite you to join us for a fundraiser Luncheon to benefit VATA Scholarships on Saturday October 5th . Enjoy lunch catered by Bite Restaurant of Norfolk and get to know other Virginia Art Therapists. All proceeds from this event will be donated to VATA scholarship funds. Lunch will be held at Eastern Virginia Medical School along with a daylong workshop on Multicultural Issues in Art Therapy, with Stella A. Stepney, M.S., ATR-BC, LCAT. Proceeds from workshop registration will be donated to the James J. Consoli Scholarship Fund at EVMS.
