VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE / ANNOUNCEMENT TO ALL RELATIVES AND FRIENDS OF RODNEY RETUGAL: The password of the facebook account of our relative RODNEY was maliciously hacked and for several days being used by a certain NICCA aka (also known as) AUDREY YHAN, a domestic helper and a co-worker of Rodney at Saudi Riyadh. For more than a week now, Rodney (as well as Jonjon) together with their superior / employer is out of Saudi Riyadh and in the middle of a desert attending a long week function and vacation. Their location can be reached only thru a mobile phone but with low signal, and have no wifi access for internet. Unfortunately, Rodney left his FB account, skype, etc. open where he used to save his password in the OS program in his laptop and also at the mobile with wifi ready connection he used to borrow from said NICCA (aka AUDREY). While Rodney is away from Riyadh together with Jonjon and his employer, the DH NICCA maliciously used and invade the privacy of by posting and updating scandalous and alarming photos and wall messages of Rodney without the latter’s consent and knowledge. The facebook account and Skype of Rodney were even maliciously used to ridicule, offend and trigger hatred and quarrelsome with the messages posted by said NICCA (aka AUDREY YHAN) together with the other her other co-worker – domestic helper based at Riyadh, Saudi. At first, this brought confusion to all of us friends and relatives of Rodney, especially her longtime girlfriend and soon to marry Lhiza Almadin Retugal, but fortunately after several attempts to call Rodney or the other sibling Jonjon, Lhiza the girlfriend of Rodney, successfully able to connect, communicate and inform with Jonjon, all the mess in the social media of Rodney by said NICCA (aka Audrey) and other co-workers-DH. Jonjon and then later on Rodney confirmed that he has no access in his own FB account lately and denied having serious intimate relationship with said Nicca (aka Audrey), and Rodney will be back next week at Riyadh, where he could discover and would be able to read the malicious post and updates in his personal FB account by then. We were able to take screen shots and saved all the said malicious and scandalous posts by said Nicca (aka AUDREY), since this will serve as the proof and evidence if we are going to file a legal complain later with their employer who is with Rodney Jonjon also, and/or with an information to be filed at the Philippine Embassy. Nicca (aka Audrey) by the way, as you can read in her own posts and wall messages at the FB account of Rodney have that illusions of she is engaged, lusting and in love with the guy (Rodney). We hope this will correct the negative impressions against Rodney which almost ruined his good relationship with his girlfriend / wife to be Lhiza who bear so much pain and sleepless nights for more than a week now, with the playing and fooling around maliciously published by said NICCA (aka Audrey) in the FB account of Rodney. It is so disappointing that amidst the cyberlaw crime imposed by the Philippines and the restrictions in decency and immorality in the middle east specially Saudi, domestic helper / OFW named NICCA (aka Audrey) have that courage to do such violation of the law which would ruined the reputation and dignity of our OFWs. Relative to this, the friends and relatives of Rodney and himself might file this information to their employer and the Philippine Embassy as well for the record to protect his interest, and repair the damages in their reputation marred by imperfection which causes emotional pain and sufferings of his gf-soon to be wife Lhiza. Those who condemn the said malicious act of invading privacy of Rodney which brought emotional pain and sufferings of his loveones created by NICCA (aka AUDREY) in the fb account of Rodney, PLEASE SHARE AND LIKE THIS MESSAGE.
