For those who viewed the video from FB regarding Balikbayan boxes stranded in the port area of Manila due to the congestion and other problems, We would like to assure everybody that PHILAIR LOGISTICS GMBH will NOT have any problem as such in the port area. Yes for the last two months, it is true that there are congestion problem in pulling out containers from the Manila port area due to the truck ban that was imposed by the Manila City Mayor and the apprehension of the illegal truckers(which I believe should be done), but this will not cause any container to be placed on hold unless the said company has problems with clearance or payment. The only problem that can happen would be the delays in the deliveries which so far we are handling it well. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sa mga naka panood sa FB ng video tungkol sa Balikbayan boxes na hindi nalalabas sa Manila port area dahil sa problema ng ´CONGESTION´ Gusto po namin ipaalam sa mga kababayan na hindi po dapat mag alala dahil HINDI po mangyayari sa PHILAIR LOGISTICS GMBH na ma hold ang mga kahon sa port area. Opo, sa nakaraang dalawang buwan nagsimula ang mga problema sa ´CONGESTION´ sa Manila port area dulot ng ´TRUCKBAN´na ipinasatupad ng Mayor ng Manila City at ang paghuli sa mga truck na walang ´Franchise or permit´, pero wala pong dapat na ma hold na balikbayan boxes sa dahilan na ito. Ang pwede lang po na mahold ay ang companya na may problema sa ´Clearance or hindi naka bayad´. Ang problema na possiblenng mangyari ay ang ´DELAY´sa ´DELIVERIES´ng mga kahon sa kamaganak, pero sa tingin po namin kahit paano nagagawan namin ng paraan ang mga deliveries po namin.
