VIA AN ANTI FRACKING ACTIVIST WITHA HEALTHY SENSE OF CURIOSITY: GREAT NEWS. I have just had a long chat with Companies House. The company Tamboran Resources Limited does NOT EXIST. For a High Court Injunction the Magistrate should have used their company number on the injunction and it is standard procedure that a company check is made for such injunctions. The company does not exist and thus the injunction is ILLEGAL. Their company (Tamboran Resources (UK) Limited) is only a holding company. The only registered company is Tamboran Resources PTY Limited and this is an AUSTRALIAN company. The Licence Agreement with the DETI is for Tamboran Resources PTY LTD, and not with Tamboran Resources (UK) Ltd. Companies House were very helpful. The injunction is not legal as there is NO SUCH COMPANY. How do we go about that? They suggested the citizens advice bureau if we cant afford a lawyer to tackle the ILLEGAL injunction.
