Chua MD It is so hard to believe that I have reached my 10th Surgiversary!!! I have managed to keep off over half of the 170# I lost 8-10 years ago. I had regained 60# and then lost 25 of that following the Eat to Win book 2 years ago and have maintained that weight loss ever since. Right now I am a little anxious about regaining weight because I have quit smoking again as of Valentines Day 2014 after 7 years of telling myself Youre going to go back to 300 again if you dont smoke! So please keep me in your prayers that this never happens again!!!
