VIDEO OF THE DAY: Its About Time by Young The Giant featuring François Comtois Here is great live performance by indie rockers, Young the Giant. Its About Time is the first single from their second album, Mind over Matter, released a year ago. Weve been fans of theirs since their 2010 debut album and thoroughly enjoyed their set at this years Lollapalooza in August. Drummer François Comtois has been with the group since 2004, originally playing bass before switching to drums in 2007 when their first drummer left. He does an outstanding job driving the band and providing backing vocals. A nice highlight is his approach to the jazzy interlude sections of the song. Young The Giant has been out on tour for most of the year and are scheduled to play more dates beginning later in the month. Look for them in a city near you.
