{VIDEOS} Okay everyone….since MANY of you have already ordered, I wanted to post a video and tips for you when applying this mascara. It can be a little tricky at first, but once you get the hang of it, youll never go back to your regular mascara again. Here are my tips: 1. put a small amount of your regular mascara on first. Not a huge amount or close to the amount you would normally use, just enough to really give your lashes a shelf to sit on. 2. open both tubes and put them in one hand, so you can quickly toggle between tubes while applying. 3. Sometimes during shipment, (or if it’s cold) the fibers can stick together and clump up into a ball. this can make it hard to apply when theyre all stuck together. To get them to fluff up from the cold, place the fibers tube in a small glass of warm water (below the opening of course) and this will warm them up and stop them from clumping. 4. If you think your gel is too thick and tacky for you, go ahead and add a few drops of saline solution to them. This will help thin the gel out so that its a little less thick. Some people love it thick, and some dont. Its totally up to you. 5. Apply a generous amount of gel over your coat of mascara to all your lashes, be sure to get a nice coat on there, then while its still wet, apply the fibers to all the lashes. I only apply to my top lashes, not by bottom, but again this is up to you. Then let them dry….move on to the other eye. 6. After youre finished applying the fibers to your second eye, go back to your first eye and apply another coat of your gel. This helps seal those fibers to your lashes, and do to your second eye as well. 7. So your first coast is done. If youd like to make them even longer, and would want to apply a second coat, wait until the first coat is dry. Then add some gel to only the tips of your lashes, then add the fibers, then the gel to seal them on again. I only do my tips for the other coats to really focus on length on the tips, without clumping to close to the lash line. Youll see what I mean when you try this step. Again, avoid that lash line. THATS IT! It sounds way more complicated than it is, but I wanted to share all my tips/tricks that Ive learned. Youll LOVE your lashes, just be sure to give yourself a little extra time when applying for the first time, we dont want you late for your HOT date.
