VINTON RELAY FOR LIFE 2014 FLOAT FOR THE DOGWOOD PARADE THEME: HEROS OF HOPE Russ and Christal Robinson will be decorating the float at their home beginning Friday around 12:00 noon and will be working most of the day. We need volunteers to help them with the float so if you have a couple of hours on Friday to help out just stop by their home and give them a hand. To get to their home, after you turn into the War Memorial the first road to the right (Blue Ridge Lane) is their driveway and youll see the truck. If the float is not finished, they may need some help early Saturday morning also. If you would like to ride the float or walk behind it please be at the War Memorial by 1:30 Saturday afternoon. Wear a Relay for Life shirt of any color (Team Captain, Survivor, Committee, etc). Parking is available at Thrasher Memorial Methodist Church back lot while it lasts and there is some parking at the Vinton Swimming Pool.
