VISUAL AUDIT – FESTING COURT, REDHALL A visual audit took place on the 17th July in the Festing Court area of Redhall by PCSO Jubb and the Fire service. The main issues of concern were groups of youths hanging around and dense foliage. There was also evidence of drinking, litter and fly tipping which may pose a fire risk. To tackle these issues the council will be contacted regarding the dense foliage so that it can be cut back to open up the area. Street scene will be made aware of the litter and fly tipping issues. More patrols will be conducted in the area to help identify those responsible for the litter and fly tipping.
