.......VMS_News....... 5 held for murder of a youth Police solved a murder case by arresting five persons involved in the murder of a youth whose body was recovered from a nallah in July, this year. The body of a youth Yawar Amin Ganie son of Mohammad Amin Ganie resident of Pariwan was recovered from a nallah between Pariwan and Rakhama on 30-07-2014. The body bore visible marks of violence. Police registered a case FIR number 172/2014 under section 302/RPC to ascertain the cause of the death in Police Station Kulgam and investigation was taken up. Police arrested five persons involved in the murder, thereby solving the case. The accused involved in the murder have been identified as Zubair Ahmad Ganie, Muneeb Hamid Mir, Mubarak Ahmad Naik, Anayatullah Mushtaq all residents of Rakhama, Shopian and Mohammad Aqib Nengroo resident of Sempora Kulgam, a police spokesman said Valley Media Service.
