VODAFONE: Mohsen Elawadi What a bad service! lately and for the last one month - I already had to log in 4 claims. The 1st when they have charged me for ADSL Service that I never requested and after spending some time by emails and then visiting one of the branches and apologies; they have refunded the amount and again the following month, I found again they have charged me for the same service!!!! Again, I have visited the branch and they have again found their mistake and another sorry!! and while I was in the branch I asked if any problem with my line for roaming and off course the answer was all in order and as I travelled; I found the line was off and when I have emailed them, the reply was I have to apply for it!!!! DO I HAVE TO TAKE THE PLANE AND GO AND SEE THEM TO GET THEM TO APPOLIGISE AGAIN AND GET THE JOB DONE!!! did they ever think of the wasted time to get out in Egyptto go to the branch and get the service required? My Complain Number is: EServices Feedback 1-6219135601. VODA FONE get your act together or you will lose lots of clients.
