VOTE FRANKLIN FOR ORGANIZING SECRETARY>>> LLB Class of 2016 Students at Law, I am immensely grateful and humbled to have the opportunity to run for this position. I feel that it is important to have dedicated people elected to the UGLS Executive Board. The Organizing Secretary is responsible for managing the work of UGLS, allocating and utilising resources in an efficient manner and maintaining a co-operative, motivated and successful team.. I am honest, diligent, committed and cooperative. I firmly believe that criticism ought to be accompanied by solutions. Thus, I am here to learn, motivate and build so as to establish a strong and reliable committee while emphasizing full participation and healthy relationships among students. I do hope that you will give me the opportunity to serve you. GOALS : Regular liaison with UG staff and students on project related matters. The UGLS page should be one that is fully functional. It MUST serve as the voice of the students. In this way the student body will be up to date with projects and other activities hosted by UGLS. This tool will also ensure that students will get a chance to contribute ideas and raise concerns. To raise awareness and address issues identified by the department in a timely manner. To implement the agreed action plan to the agreed standards and deadlines. To ensure the effective preparation and delivery of all project events and meetings and production of all necessary documentation I approach this position with dedication, commitment, and fresh ideas for the future. I ask for your help in achieving this change. Only together can we improve the quality of life for all students within the department.
