The successful applicant will coordinate all activities of all the supervisors at designated regions under their jurisdictions. Managers Responsibility (Immediate) - Design job functions for all staff, design reporting format for the organisation with organogram, design route plan for each day of the week, carry out an enumeration of all areas of operation and value, arrange for billing format and process, organise weekly meeting with all staff (verbal report of situation on the field). Write a formal report to the MD on weekly basis - A. Operational Report. B. Revenue Generation. C. Billing issues. D. Challenges encountered during previous week operations. E. Staff matters and issues. F. Truck matters and issues. G. Analysis of income and expenditure. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors Degree in Management with minimum of 5 years relevant working experience preferably in the waste disposal industry. OTHER COMPETENCIES AND REQUIRED SKILLS - understand popular dialects in the various regions, high ethical standards and integrity, innovation and creativity, professional scepticism and strong interpersonal skills are required; analytical skills; good communication & persuasive skills; report writing and presentation skills; practical knowledge of office tools (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
