When I was 243lbs you would never see a picture of me on FB! for 3 years I hid from everyone...these days I am making up for it. Not just to show off (I do love selfies!) but to let you know there is hope and help out there! I never believed that the day would ever come again where I would get these wonderful compliments about what I look like. If I put a fat picture out there of me, no one ever says, you look great or fabulous. Say what you want but its true. It has truly been a journey and I have to say, I feel freakin amazing! I feel even better than you think I look. and that says a lot! because Red Box didnt just help me lose weight, it motivated me and helped me heal from the inside out and I didnt have to pay a shrink or a doctor to help me get there. Natural is the way to go baby!! This is the lifestyle I love and its the lifestyle I will share with my kids until the day I die.
