Vale not only has the experience and the speed to win a 10th title, the math seems to be on his side as well. The beginning of the 2014 MotoGP season was totally dominated by Marc Marquez and Honda, but half way through, Yamaha turned the tables on them. In the final nine races Valentino Rossi picked up 154 points whilst his teammate Jorge Lorenzo picked up 166 for a total of 320 points. The Honda team didnt fare so well with Marc Marquez picking up 137 points whist Dani Pedrosa gained only 98 for a total of 235 points.
