Vallejo firefighters responded to a report of a vacant home With possible homeless inside yelling for help at fire at 121 Luann Ct. Firefighters arrived And found a Two story single family Home that was approximately 3000 sq ft. The lower floor windows and door had been secured with plywood and there was heavy thick black smoke coming from the upper floor windows and heavy flames showing from the A-D windows. Battalion 21 Urritia arrived on scene and gave a report on conditions, Engine 23 arrived and engine placement was in front of the house. Engine 23 started to knock down the flames that were visible from the upper floors with the deck gun as hand lines were pulled. The building was laddered and 3 - 1 3/4 Lines were pulled from Eng 23 and a LDH was layer to Eng 23 from the hydrant at park view terrace and Luann ct. Eng 21, truck 21 arrived at the scene and began rescue operations simultaneously with fire attack. Firefighters began to search the.
