ValleywithaHeart Benefits is looking for some sponsors for our 14th annual Bike Run and Picnic happening August 31, 2014. What is Valley with a Heart? In 13 year we have raised over $250,000 for seriously ill children in Luzerne County. We help with paying medical and household bills, gas cards, and any necessary expenses to help these families. And now we need your help. Donations can be monetary..or in the form of gift cards, or merchandise (for our huge basket raffle) There are 3 levels of sponsorship: Platinum $500.00: Includes having your business/name printed on the back of the T-shirts, names on our full page ad running in the newspaper right before the benefit, and vendor space, at no extra charge, should your business desire to participate on the day of the event. Gold $250.00: Includes having your business/name printed on the back of the T-shirts, names on our full page ad running in the newspaper right before the benefit, and vendor space, at no extra charge, should your business desire to participate on the day of the event. Silver $150.00: Includes your business/name on a huge sign at the benefit, names on our full page ad running in the newspaper right before the benefit, and vendor space, at no extra charge, should your business desire to participate on the day of the event. All sponsors may provide their own “signage” to be hung up at the benefit if they desire, also. Sponsorship donations may be either monetary, gift certificates, or merchandise. Of course, sponsors are given as much promotional mention as possible. We understand that many businesses are struggling this year with our country’s current economic climate.However, all donations are tax deductible and will be deeply appreciated by the children and their families that we help.
