Varsity Cardinals topple Tahlequahs Tigers 57-47 Todd Andersons varsity Cardinal boys got a 23-point performance from Kanyon Cole Friday night to lead all scorers and help the home team to a 57 to 47 victory over the visiting Tahlequah Tigers. Collinsville actually trailed in the ball game after the first period 13 to 9 but by holding the Tigers to only two points in the second while scoring 13 themselves, the Cardinals had a 22 to 15 lead at intermission and never looked back. Collinsville outpaced the Tigers in the third 14 to 10 and matched up nearly even in the fourth with 21 points while Tahlequah added 22. Shawn Koscheski added 10 points on the evening followed by Seth Boomer with 7, Jade Brewer with 6; Burd added four as did Brandon Lowe and Keagan Hodges made three.
