Vegetable Samosay Ingredients Potatoes 4 ( boiled and mashed) Peas ½ cup ( boiled) Green chilies 4 ( chopped) Coriander leaves 2 tbsp Red chili powder ½ tsp Ginger garlic paste ½ tsp Salt to taste Chaat masala ¼ tsp Curry leaves few Samosa patti as needed Oil for frying Method Heat oil in a pan. Add curry leaves, potatoes, peas ,green chilies, coriander leaves, red chili powder, Ginger garlic paste, salt and chaat masala. Cook for Few minutes. Remove off heat. Now make samosay From the potato mixture. Heat oil in a wok and deep fry samosay until golden brown. Serve hot with tomato Ketchup.
