Vegetables to be included in diet in the week: Atleast two times bitter gourd. Atleast 3 times spinach and other greens like mustard green and other greens etc. Daily carrots. Daily salad.(cabbage, cauliflower, onion, little tomato, cucumber, corriander) Almost daily dal(lentils) with or without vegetables. 3 FRUITS PER DAY!!(Apple, pine apple, coloured grapes, orange and any other seasonal fruit) Atleast lots of vegetables (seasonal vegetables) per week. Chana boiled and curry. Atleast 2-3 times boiled vegetables. If you want you can have one egg curry per week but strictly without yolk. All should be cooked with minimal oil. No ghee and no fried food. No chicken and meet in any form. No eating outside. No sugar. Eat little little for 5-6 times per day. Drink atleast 10 glasses of water. Take vitamin and fishoil supplement everyday. This will work wonders in your body and clean all the bad tissu Fruits, vegetables very important: Apricot kernels. Flax seed oil Pineapple Seasonal fruits(tropicals) Raw vegetables that can be eaten are: cabbage, cauliflower, spinach, beet root, carrot, onion, ginger, garlic, dhania, methi leave chutney, brahmi leaves, pudina leaves. Additional things: Grow barley grass also. It has 10 times more calcium than milk and also is a rich source of iron. Bitter gourd leaf juice if possible.
