Vehicle Incident in USA on Saturday Description A United Express flight barely made it off the ground Friday when it had to make an emergency landing at Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport. The flight took off around 12:30pm headed to Houston, but during take off, the plane blew a tire. Passengers on board told WLOX News they knew something was wrong, because the plane shook for a few moments. The pilot knew they would have to make an emergency landing back in Gulfport, but spent about 30 minutes circling the Gulf to burn off as much fuel as possible. Meanwhile on the tarmac, emergency crews prepared for the landing. The flight touched down just before 2pm. The landing was described as "a little rocky" but nobody was hurt. "We were all trying to help each other. We were all scared, but we had a great pilot," one passenger said. "They told us what to do in case we had to land with water or fire. They prepared us. They were a really good crew." Fifty-three passengers were on board.
