Venezuela goes into recession, almighty Russia heads into a lethal combination of deep recession and runaway inflation. The first miracle of 2015 is that Nigeria is still standing, and believe it or not, we start 2015 with a lower inflation rate than we started 2014. This miracle cannot be sepated from the fact that Nigerias economy has been spearheaded by renowned economists over the years, from Soludo, to Sanusi, to madam Ngozi.
