Verde sends message to BN last night with a response to the lady. Good Evening, We have noticed your post this evening about the customer that has had a problem a problem with a cell phone purchased from our company. Ms.Strachan purchased her phone earlier this year and brought it in for service in March of this year to have it reset as she had downloaded malware apps/software that caused the phones software to crash. This problem is not a manufacturers fault which is covered under her warranty. This was explained to Ms. Strachan initially and she paid to have the phone reset. She has just brought the phone in for service again after her warranty of 30 Days in store has passed. Her phone was still given to the technician after her warranty has expired. We have explained to her that the phone is being serviced as per the agreement she has signed. All of our products are brand new and all come with their standard manufacturers warranty. We do offer exchanges on our products within a specified time frame and within certain guidelines which is stated on the receipt. Our technician has noted that the same problem of software crashing has occurred again which is a users fault and not related to the phone itself.
