Verification of everything that Nitish Kumar said on Think India Dialogue if found corresponding to effective improvements in Bihar, then why should collateral rewards not accrue to him? One of his demands of special status for Bihar on grounds of backwardness does not seem to find much currency. No reasons have entered the fore of public debate though. I understand the only state under the provisions of Article 370 so far is J&K. Bihar’s proposals certainly merits discussion, if nothing else.
