Veritix is looking for Part-Time Contact Center Lead. Our call center team members answer inbound phone inquiries about entertainment and sports events and sell tickets to various venue events. If you are open to Part-Time employment we want to speak to you! We’re open Monday to Saturday 8:00 am to 9:00 pm and Sunday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Duties and Specifications Act as an information source and answer agents’ questions Address, follow up and resolve customer questions and concerns Assist supervisors with customer help desk inquiries Responding to customer emails Monitor and analyze call center statistics and forecasts Re-enforcing call protocols, policies, procedures and training programs Train and develop the customer care team Skills and Specifications Ability to inspire and support people. Demonstrated planning and prioritization skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure.
