Verve Homes Each spacious Verve home is brand new and offers choice and different styles which include two bedrooms, built-in robes, an open plan, natural light filled living and dining area, sleek kitchen with ample cupboard space, contemporary bathroom, separate laundry, a personal private courtyard and undercover parking. Additional options have been incorporated in our new design, stage 3 units, with additional features and options available, front feature patio, rear decking, pergola, powder room, sky light feature in the kitchen. The sense of space, openness, views and surrounds enhance the tranquillity of the community with each unit on one level, and designs incorporating a soft colour palette which utilises sophisticated neutrals. Facilities Every Verve home boasts natural gas heating, cooking, solar hot water and the latest technological capabilities for internet, phone and health monitoring services. Residential Aged Care Services If required, St Ann’s Homes Inc – Verve Community will provide those residents with the reassurance of residential aged care transition to our 100 bed aged care facility providing our residents with peace of mind for now and the future. Supported Living Services at Verve Community (Unfunded Package – not subject to Commonwealth eligibility) Unlike a Commonwealth funded package where you are required to be assessed and meet the eligibility criteria and for most clients there are additional out of pocket expenses. St Ann’s will tailor, a 4 hour package, each week, into the purchase of your new home, providing peace of mind and never having to find additional income to support care, of course you can but it is your choice Services may include, but are not limited to: • Support - Showering, dressing and personal grooming • Meal preparation and planning • Light housekeeping support at home • Laundry support at home • Shopping support and transport • Social activities at home and in the community • Companionship at home • Support to appointments and transport • Resident representative communication and liaison In addition to weekly services, each resident/or unit which packages services, will be provided with the peace of mind of our 24/7 response monitoring at no extra cost.
