Very Very Important read it and pass it Jai SuryaDeva Jai GangaDevi Jai Bhagiratha With Blessings of Pavadapurusha, Jnanayogi, Sri Immadi Siddarameswara Swamiji Jay Bajrang Jay Vadar/Bhovi/ BoyarOd Civilization Started with Waddars, Od Oddars, Boyars, Bhovi: but it can end with you We are Nation Builders When Fire was discovered everything followed I Personally feel that Three Important Issues has to be looked on in January 18 Meeting of Waddars in India 1. On all India Basis Oddar, Od, Waddar, Oad, Bhovi(Dont disturb the status quo in Karnataka) should be included in ST Category and be declared as Aboriginals of India as in DNT. 2. In the Building and the Construction Workers Act 1996 Govt of India did not specify us it completely ignored us As we are by birth building and construction workers . All the People who belong to our community who are in the construction field should be automatically included in Building and the Construction Workers Fund. In building and other construction works more than eight million workers are engaged throughout the country. These workers are one of the most vulnerable segments of the unorganised labour in India. Their work is of temporary nature, the relationship between employer and the employee is temporary, working hours are uncertain. Basic amenities and welfare facilities provided to these workers are inadequate. Risk to life and limb is also inherent. In the absence of adequate statutory provisions to get the requisite information regarding the number and nature of accidents was quite difficult and due to this to fix responsibility or to take corrective measures was not an easy job. 3. Anybody who want to be a politician or a social worker of this Community help the community but dont pull it back. Your personal interest and power is for you and the community is for all and it is more important then anything. Fight for our Rights. Please pass this message to all As on 30.09.2013 Sl. How many of our community members are registered? How much effort all social activists, Politicians have done for this Why they do not think about it?
