Very cool innovations in Print Advertising! January edition of WIRED Magazine features a full-page ad from Moto X which includes buttons to change the color of the pictured cell phone. The ad uses paper-thin components including a battery, LEDs and a keyboard-like button membrane to achieve this effect. The ad was designed to underscore the handsets customizability and only distributed in the New York and Chicago metro area markets.
