Surprising if banks are not aware that their customers are helping them by minimising the work pressure in their branches...what if customers surrender their ATM Debit cards & queue up in the branches for every small transaction. One more issue need to be looked into about the charges for account related SMS alerts...in todays scenario one gets 1000+ SMSes just for a few bucks but banks are charging @Rs 60/...p.a....is this justified? & when one wish to opt out of these alerts they justify that ATM debit cards wouldnt work???
