Very disappointing to see a great local business like Rairdon of Kirkland using a video that shows a high-powered automobile burning rubber and speeding down a residential neighborhood street in order to sell cars to Kirkland residents. I am sure Rairdon does not intend to recommend the people who buy their cars try this type of stunt themselves. But what happens if and when someone does? It wont be on a street with a large film crew making sure there are no kids or elderly residents out in the streets. Rairdon: I am sure many of your employees were deeply affected when Bradley Nakatani was killed while riding his bicycle through the intersection just to the east of your location. Imagine how your employees will feel if sometime in the next few years if a Dodge Challenger Hellcat is involved in a pedestrian/bicyclist collision on a neighborhood street. Please Rairdon, can we repectfully ask that you remove this post and replace it with something more appropriate for a neighborhood business who cares about safe streets for all of Kirkland? We are your neighbors; we are your community; we support and have even highlighted your business. But we dont think this is appropriate for a business like Rairdon in a city like Kirkland. Thanks!
