Very enjoyable day filming for the British Red Cross at the World Police and Fire Games in Bangor and Belfast today. We felt so humbled to spend time with their local volunteers who give up their free time so selflessly to help others. It was amazing to watch their skills kick into action when a young girl, who had herself volunteered to help at the event, suffered a sudden asthma attack and required immediate on-the-spot treatment at the scene followed by swift conveyance by the BRC ambulance to hospital.
