Very good article....I do all I can to help but cannot spend hours every day on Facebook nor can I pledge for every animal in need. I have many animals and responsibilities at home and have chronic illnesses that sometimes think theyre in charge of me. Any of us who are actively involved in animal advocacy, regardless of our roles, suffer from burnout at times. Armchair rescuers are one of my pet peeves...useless remarks that only serve to clutter up a thread do nothing to help. Sharing is the easiest way to be somebody that does something!
