Very good article. Please read. After this week, I will be slowly implementing more fish into my meal planning. Veggies are where its at along with a little bit of chicken here and there. Start the transition with your family or yourself a little at a time. Dont go full swing into taking things away or adding things in. Take your time. Be smart about it and have fun in the process. Try new recipes. Enjoy the time preparing your meals. See if you can feel an increase in energy through out the day or if you feel like your body is operating better overall. Most importantly, please dont forget to exercise. Even if its only 28 minutes a day. Move. Walk. Ride a bike. Hit a punching bag. Push ups. Planks. Sit-ups! Something! Your body deserves to be treated well. I have experienced in my life where I let myself completely go (167lbs to a little over 250lbs in two years). No physical activity. No goals. No ambition! Eating whatever I wanted. Its a difficult place to be in and get out of, but you can do it. (After 4 years, Im down to 177lbs). It takes time and hard work. Have faith in yourself and love yourself.
