Very good example of customer service.. I was charged wrong by merchant. I approached him regarding this wrong transaction. First he asked me to bring receipt and bank statement as a proof of this transaction. When I went back with receipt and statement he started to make new excuses that I need to check video to ensure who used card and made payment. I asked him to check it right in front of me, but he again said no i cant do this now, it will take 2-3 days. Then I called my banks customer care and explained them about this transaction, they asked me few questions and within 1 minute they refunded me the amount in my account...great..!!!
