Very happy to be back on a somewhat regular gym schedule. Back is far from 100%, but luckily I have been lifting long enough to avoid exercises that put a strain on it. I have even adjusted my warmup as jump rope causes pain. Today was a pretty killer chest routine. First two exercises were supersets, then a set of pullovers which I tend to feel more in my back than my chest, but hey, I follow the schedule. The final exercise was 4 sets of 21s on the bench. I have never felt so weak in my life! If today is not a rest day, I hope you crush your workout! Be Great and Keep Striving!
