Very happy to report the main witness in the ADA Legislation has cleared up his last hurdles. The Company Name CAN NOT BE MENTIONED on any Forums or Internet Sources. THEY CANNOT BE CONTACTED FOR COMMENTS OR INTERVIEWS! ALL REFERENCES TO THE CO. NAME has been redacted out of all of the Email, Audio and Video Evidence Presented in the Documentary as well. The only place it WILL APPEAR is in the ADA Legislation and PUBLIC HEARING, however there will also be Federal Subpoenas for the Companies Representatives and those in the Evidence that were blatantly discriminating and later harassing the witness. This is a very solid and in stone legal situation so NO ONE IS TO MENTION THE ONE COMPANY NAME IN ANY MEDIUMS OR MENTION THEM IN MAIN STREAM MEDIA INTERVIEWS! There is nothing that can be done for the Public Exposure that will occur during the open hearings for the ADA Ammendments next term. These guide lines and protocols are extremely important for all supporters and NGOs to follow. The Witness will also no longer comment on this site as it could be tracked back by media or other sources to their former employer and posted with out their consent.
