Very happy with strength progress. Jumping 20kg in the last couple of months for military press. Partly due to technique and body awareness. Shit reps get shit results. 80kgx2 with no belt. I did another set with the belt but these reps were better because Im so used to supporting my lower back with abdominal activation from practice. I would suggest without a belt for a fair while. If you want to see the other video with the belt on let me know and Ill post it. ✌️
